Hello to all of my six cylinder riding brothers ! The weather here in northern Ohio is getting much better , spring has sprung ! Iv'e been helping my son with a little change that he wanted to make on his ZRX 1100 lately . He wanted to change the color of his wheels, install a fender eliminator kit , handlebar end mirrors, disassemble and clean and paint everything to freshen up the bike !

After a week of working on her we got er all back together, I decided to "wake up" my 1300/6 from her winter nap and go out for a ride since the temps hit the 60's . I rolled the 1300 out, turned on the key and listened for the fuel system to pressure up.....hit the button and she fired up as if had been rode yesterday !

we rode out along the river and took some photos :

Nothing like warmer temps and SUNSHINE to get the ol' motorcycle riding juices flowing ! ! The river that you see in the background will be "elbow to elbow" with fisherman very soon as the Lake Erie walleye travel up the river to spawn . They gotta do their spring time thing also !

Ride safe ,and have a great riding season everyone !................................Tony :)

Here in OZ (Australia) we haven't stopped riding all year, must be strange to have snow and stuff to stop you getting on a bike, never experienced that, suppose that's why all of you have such good looking bikes, haven't had time to wash mine in ages, always out on it

That's just cruel to rub it in like that! Must get pretty boring for ya, huh? LOL!

Tony, there's just something about the styling of that 1300 that looks good with or without the full dress stuff. I almost expect to see Darth Vader riding it! I still think you NEED that suit I showed you a while back.

well I gotta tell ya Bruce, others think that way about this bike also ! other riders that I encounter while out riding it, either snap their head around to see what the heck it is....or.... they will come up to me when I'm stopped or parked and I have to answer all of their questions !
It sure is a great bike to ride ! nice and comfy too !
