#5&6 Carb Float Valve assembly does not seat in the same position as the other carb float valve assemblies. The old valve assembly didn't seat as low as the others either. Is this a machining issue from the factory or normal for #5&6 Float valve assembly to set higher than the other two carbs?

No, they should all sit the same. It the opening on that carb body on that one cleaned out 100%? Best get to it now, otherwise you'll have issues until you get it fixed.

The old Float valve didn't set as low as the others before I took it out either. The only thing I can do is adjust the fiat I guess.

If it did not seat correctly before the new one, then the small holder held in place with the cross head screw would not have seated in position either ?

Is that correct. ?

After rebuilding more Z1300 and KZ1300 carbs than I care to count, I can confirm they all must sit at the same level or it will never run correctly.
