Hi guys
I'm looking for some new tyres for my KZ1300. What tyres would you recommend and what would you avoid ?
I'm looking at a set of Avon AM26 Road riders, but cant find any feedback on them.

McZed., I run Bridgestone BT45's on my Z13 (and my Z900) and think they are a good match for the bike; nice smooth transition form upright to full lean, do not follow over-banding and provide good consistent grip: will defo fit them to my Z13 when the time comes. I'm getting between 3 - 4000 miles, before needing to replace.

I know its down to personal choice, but I've tried Road Riders on another bike (Suzuki GT750) - they were fine, with good grip and performance, but I did not like them as much as the BT45's they replaced: to me they seemed to tip / drop into turns really quickly - not ideal wit a bike as vague as a Kettle  - that said, I have a mate with a Kettle who wont use anything but Road Riders.

Avon road riders on mine and no problems. Purchased from black and round on ebay with free delivery for £160 (front & rear) and £20 to have fitted with the local bike tyre guy all balanced up.

To be honest all tyres are good in todays world and its down to what you feel comfortable with?
