yes - you should have regular tyre type valves in the top of the forks.

There are normally rubber caps over the top of the fork leg. These will pull off to reveal the valve. An A1 should have a valve in each fork and they need to be the same pressure (7.1 to 10 psi).

Later models only have a valve in the top of one of the fork legs and have a balance pipe that runs between the two fork legs under the top yoke
