This is very helpful... I may just keep the front upper cowling and make it a half breed in the back! I do not not like the original front seat due to its built in back rest sticking up so tall. Too bad because the front seat & back seat is in good shape for it age.

I am considering a custom seat made from a original A2 seat frame. I want to lower the padding level a bit....... so the bike seat is not as tall for mounting purposes.... my legs are not as long as I would like them when riding the taller bike. My CBX has the same tall issues too.

the rear rubbers have to be taken of the seat as they foul with the B2 seat bolt points
