My name is Mike and I came from the old site. Been riding bikes since I was twelve and have done most of the work on all my bikes. I own two right now, a KZ1300A2 and my daily rider a 2002 Honda Valkyrie. Love those SIX cylinders!! I bought the 1980 KZ1300A2 about four years ago that had been slightly customized. I road it a couple of hundred miles and had some carb and tank issues, parked it and it has been sitting for three and a half years waiting for me to get motivated to fix it! I haven't been totally idle though, I have about two grand worth of parts ready to install just as soon as that motivation hits me! I too like so many others are going to have to do the timing chain wheel replacement soon and I really dread that! The bike has 20,000 on the clock and the ZX chain adjuster has about 12 clicks in, haven't had valve cover off yet to know how bad but I'm sure that is the next project. Looking forward to being on this new site and will try to be more active than I was on the old site.
