Does anyone have a bike apart to get a measurement of the diameter? I could get a rough measurement of mine as it sits but it won't be very accurate.

This might be a shot in the dark but you could try a Rack & Pinion Bellow Kit from a hardware store.

Here's an ebay post with an example of one. Ebay item 261226355380. You could cut it to fit and then clamp it on with the included clamps.

Just a suggestion. I was considering using the rubber on a set to replace my airbox boots. Found sizing to be a bit difficult to get right though lol.

That would work too but most of the listings don't give dimensions and they're usually not that big.

Oh and I was going to use this: eBay 261253423487 for the carb to airbox boots, I'm pretty sure it's the right size.

Not bad! Both look to be doable options. Although I wonder if the one covering the drive shaft will need alot more flex than that hose will give you.

This is good info for me since I've been struggling with reliable airbox boot replacements. My driveshaft boot is tore open too so I'll be tackling that as well eventually lol.

If you manage to get a good seal from the carbs to the airbox that could definitely work. I wonder if those hoses can stand up to gas pretty well .

Right now I have the carbs connected to the box using aluminum sheet meal covered in electical tape to give a malleable rubberlike seal to the airbox lol. Finding something cheap and usable has been a challenge but that has worked for me so far.

I think it will have plenty of flex, especially if you leave it a little long and compress it some when you put it on. The swing arm really doesn't have that much range of motion anyway.

They stand up to gas pretty good I believe, I even have one on my jet ski's expansion chamber to replace the stock rubber coupler.
