Nicely done there Scotch !! The brothers on the Forum should all have one. And at $69 a pop, they're probably the least expensive tool they could buy to alleviate the issues of blockages in the idle circuit. The only problem I see is that you'll be on the lathe for the next year trying to keep up with the orders. Hope you manage to find the time to get in some riding on your KZ.

Kit arrived today, thank you Scotch. I especially liked the detailing and the hose connector end of the cleaning tool

My bike, a B2 at the moment, is all up together and just passed its MoT test today (UK road-worthiness test) and I might be moving house in a few weeks so I will wait until then before taking the carbs off again to try the cleaning tool kit out.

I couldn't get the idle to adjust on #6 and my bike feels like it isn't running on all 6 all of the time below ~2000rpm. Hopefully this kit will get all of the ports clear.
