I found this Excel spread sheet on the web, I don't know who wrote it or if it is accurate.

I thought it may be of use here.

Ok, I tried attaching an Excel file, looks like perhaps that file format isn't allowed.

Bill, I can email it to you and if you think it'd be useful perhaps placed in the Manuals section?
