I'm surprised the type of slave cylinder you tried isn't available with a longer bore. I have a similar one on my A2/B2 KZ engine and the 10mm pull appears just long enough for the carbureted engines. I still have not been able to road test it but I get about 2mmm separation at the clutch basket. I hadn't appreciated that the ZG/ZN engines had a longer arm requiring a longer stroke.

However, the design of the pull rod slave cylinder that I have doesn't look that complicated and someone with a lathe might be ale to produce a longer bore body from some stainless steel hex bar perhaps. For reference: I don't have a lathe so cant help.

All the slave cylinder I found go all the way to 12mm stroke, it may work but the only way to know will be to open the clutch case or after I start the bike.

for now I order another cover (I don’t want to ruin the one I powder coated) and ZX14 slave
I will do some work and see if I can get this done
if I cant get this solution to work or it will look bad I will try the 12mm stroke or go back to cable
should have the parts in few days, put this on the calendar for next week

Здравствуйте парни. я использовал цилиндр от zx 10 1988, Пришлось выточить втулку и приварить ее к крышке. из под штока убрал подшипник. собрал. все работает отлично
Hello guys. i used a cylinder from zx 10 1988, had to grind the bushing and weld it to the cover. removed the bearing from under the rod. collected. everything works perfectly

92045. убрал, потому что шток 13119 теперь имеет прямолинейное движение, а не вращательное как ранее. и подшипник 92045 не участвует в силовой цепочке. отсутствие подшипника 92045 компенсировал более длинным винтом 92009.
(Google translation by Kawboy) removed, because the rod 13119 now has a rectilinear movement, and not rotary as before. and bearing 92045 does not participate in the power chain. lack of bearing 92045 compensated by a longer screw
