I've been using NGK BPR5EIX in both bikes for over a year - no problems.

whats the difference between BPR6EIX-11 and BPR6EIX ? and what gap are you using ?, just wondering, e-bay has a set for a 6 cylinder car with free postage so might get them, cheers

Here is the breakdown:

B - Thread Size / Hex Size: 14 mm / 13/16" (20.8 mm)

P - Construction: Projected Insulator Type

R - Resistor

Heat Rating Numbers : 6

E - Thread Reach: 19 mm (3/4")

NGK Standard Resistor Green Plugs : BPR6E

Standard Non Resistor Plug : BP6ES

The suffix or -11 is the Gap which equates to 1.1mm or .044"

I think you may find the "11" in the prefix also stands for the type of top connection the plug has.

We need the threaded screw on type top to the plug with the removable cap & the "11" is a FIXED type cap that cannot be removed, so cannot be used with the standard plug caps.

I fell into this trap buying NGK plugs a few years ago.
This is why plugs with "11" in the prefix are normally cheaper than ones without

When you go to NGK's website, I did not see that distinction in their literature. when you see the picture, you can see the black permanent top cap vs the removable threaded cap.
