Hey all. Was removing the front wheel from my 85zn1300 and this fell off from somewhere. Anyone know where it goes? I cant find where it might fit. Looks like and engine bit.

Backing plate washer from the front signal light. It has a ground pigtail on it because that backing plate fits into a rubber grommet in the headlight light ear.
