I recently acquired a set of upper fork ear spacers, new in the package for .99 cents. Shipping was a little steep but for less than $11.00 I still count this as a bargain.


on the flip side, not all items on Ebay are an absolute joke.

Just did a quick count on ebay of the small oil pan available for sale right now - 23.
So 23 people have decided that their bikes are worth more as parts than being a complete bike and therefore useful.
Now some of the pans maybe listed many times over because they don't have much value and many of them will probably end up in the scrap pile because they wont sell.
But that is a lot of bikes disappearing at quite a rapid rate.
But I suppose this is the natural order of things, ebay is after all an auction and sells to the highest bidder. What other way is there. If the price is too high don't buy-simple.

A lot of the oil pans will be from owners who have fitted the deeper type.

I have 3 x spare shallow sumps because of this myself.

I agree with the comment about Ebay, but also think SOME people are just silly for their price expectations..........and 99% of the time they NEVER sell the goods for the ridiculous price they ask.
