@ Bill, tried to open your answer to my private message, but got the following error:

Please understand that I do not comment in this forum about the details of someone of us passing away. I guess that is a rather pricate matter and in addition I do not have first hand information, so I am rather cautious to post that in public. Drop me a private message instead please, if Bill sorts out the issue I might be able to read it.
