Several days ago Lyyton, B.C. in the Fraser Canyon broke the all time Canadian highest temp. at 49.6c.  Today,  90% of the town is smouldering  and gone.  Some are suggesting this fire was due to a freight train that went through.  Hot brakes or sparks from the wheels to rails?  As yet this is unconfirmed.   Regardless;  The residents had 15-20 minutes to escape.
This year, B.C. Forest Fire Management has assessed the forest-fire risk throughout the province and the maps are identical to the 2018 season.  In 2018, British Columbia experienced its worst fire season on record with 2,115 fires and 1.35 million hectares burned.
This extreme heat generates "dry" lightning and in the past few days the # of forest fires have doubled.  25% are estimated as being "human" caused.  "Shit-for-Brains" !
There is now a Provincial wide Fire Ban.  In this heat who the hell would want to sit around a camp-fire, anyway.....when you can cook your weenies and marshmallows on a rock.....at 3:00am !  !
California, Oregon, Wash.- State and all of B.C. is burning....again.
What's going to happen when Global Warming arrives?

Tune-up those engines and help keep the air clean.
