One concern before I ride properly. The oil window has turned milky after 20 mins running, I put fresh oil in but didn't do the filter so am hoping its some moisture left over from before the work, I don't want it to be the water pump still leaking internally with the drainhole blocked with a stray bit of sealer but that can be checked if I need to, definately don't want it to be the new head gasket failed or a crack somewhere in the engine. I keep imagining the worst until I know its 100 pcent ,will get a new filter and change again, maybe flush with cheap oil ,is there any flushing agent I can safely use to make sure its all clean inside?

Give her another ride and see, you may just be driving some moisture out of the engine, it should clear up if that's the case.

If the problem still persists you can pull the valve cover and inspect for coolant. Defiantly ride it again with fresh oil.

check your oil is staying at the same level.
gently undo the sump plug a little and see what weeps out, maybe a few drops of water.
put a block of wood under the back wheel and then put the bike on the side stand
that should lean it over enough to take the clutch cover off and clean the window

Yeah this ^^^^^^^

Water leaking into your crankcase will increase you oil level.

Mine does that after a short run, especially if it's not been run for a couple of weeks. Give it a good brisk run along the motorway and it'll be fine. :cheer:
