It looks like the whole idle screw assembly including the bracket is missing so i am going to have to look out for some used carbs to rob the parts from.

I cant understand why anyone would remove these on an undamaged original bike ???

Will take the advice and strip and lightly lube the rev counter mechanism to see if it will ease off.

I just checked and Partzilla has the adjuster knob. A miracle!
