I acquired a piece of 1/2" Lexan and wondered what I could use it for?

We're going to have to create a new model designation for that bike of yours. Shelby, Roush , ELR and now Scotch?
When can we expect the IPad diagnostics mod?

Q. - When can we expect the IPad diagnostics mod?
A.
Hold your horses Kawboy !  One hoof  at a time !

While doing a web-search for fasteners, I came a cross this:
A brass grease fitting with the same thread (M5X.5P) as the fuel bowl drain...
Drilled out the end and removed the check-ball and spring.

The rest is strait forward.

add an O-ring and......

I do like the 90 deg elbow design . And a different way to milk a Kaw.

These are a #6-32 thread.

I never did and still don't care for the '79 bowls. If you have experience with both styles you'll probably understand.  None-the-less.....  a bit of imagination, a few minutes at the bench and there's always  a (another) solution to a goal.
The idea behind the Clear Spacer is to eliminate the need for the level-tubes.
