So the 130 bhp, is that measured at the rear wheel?

Not sure where the OP is measuring but BHP is by definition a horsepower measurement before (or in the absence of) losses due to accessories including alternators (difficult to do on a typical motorcycle engine) and transmission.

Bhp is generally measured at the rear wheel on dynos. Manufacturer's bhp is generally measured at the crank before any losses are taken into account.

BHP can't be measured at the rear wheel (RWH) as there's no easy way to interpolate the losses between the BHP and RWH

I guess the bottom line on the "Horsepower" issue is Divman sent it in and had it dyno'd and the results reported back was "131 BHP". So no one's going to go to the trouble of trying to subtract any losses. and without really special tooling, no one's going to measure the output at the crank, so the results would have been at the Rear Wheel. Strap it down, run it up, take a reading and report to the customer.
