mizztheman - if you video would work why not! I mostly needed the important points. I imagined it wouldn't go anywhere along the heather's.. for obvious reason..
I think I will go along that frame underneath it and use plastic ties to hold it there. Don't want to run it next to the balance resistors, if I use them.

Still waiting for the flange - it's #3. I didn't want to switch around with those already installed, so the radiator is fit temporally and going to fill it with coolant to see that all holds up. Which of course will be tested when riding.



The headlight fork ears are already in Richmond, so perhaps they will be already out for delivery tomorrow. Time to speed up sorting out the ignition coils matters!!

I found this old photo. Seems like it was next to the resistors. I guess it's not a problem then.

You can't avoid running the over-flow hose past the "BALLAST" resistor. In my case - Behind" it. If you're concerned about heat from the resistor, cut a piece of heavier gasket material and use it as a separator. Can't say how hot the ballast-resistor can get - I haven't tried touching it when the bike is running ( tank off obviously). Haven't melted anything, yet !
