I'm with KZA13 on this one. Without the history of the bike, a lot can be learned from checking that strainer. Little plastic pieces- idler gear teeth, silicone remnants- sloppy mechanical repair work. The last thing you want is to starve the oil pump. It will show up as low oil pressure but starving the pump will also prematurely wear out the pump. Spend the hour and a half and ppull the sump. If nothing else it will give you peace of mind.

OK, convinced, although I had polished and fitted the exhaust...




I removed it again and dropped the sump, oil itself looked very fresh and "golden".
