Mark, re paint strippers, have you tried MEK Methyl Ethyl Ketone ??
Ive used it and was really impressed, but have not tried it on powder coating: but it seems about the most potent stuff you can legally buy these days.

I went to my local hardware store a while back and got some gel paint stripper that you brush on. I used it on some PC'd bits on a bike tidy up. The PC came off pretty easily.

I'd definitely give that a go if I was you rather than keep that yellow everywhere.

If you are going to strip the power coat this may help. There is info in the comments as well.

OK after umming and ahhing, Have gone for it. Have tested 2 different paint Strippers the best is one called STRYPIT it is designed for stripping all paints and polyurethane ones (that bit is key). Initially tested on some of the powder coated accessories painted on came back 20 mins later and it just scraped off really easily. So the started with the side of the cylinder block same again 20 mins and off it came with no effort a quick wire brush over on a drill and hey presto we have a way forward. All your posts have been really helpful especially with types of stripper available. Lol 6 Cylinder perhaps we should be swapping parts. Pictures show the result and honestly this was easy forget the horrors posted on the world wide web

Lol Billy nope have just been finding the way forward on how to get the stuff off, tomorrow I will be sorting garage out, whilst doing that will be taking a bit more off, then am going to strip bike down completely will finish the engine myself and paint it a more suitable color Black or silver, frame swingarm etc can go down to powder coaters and be re-done to black. Then have decided to re-build back to standard might go for a Eddie Lawson paintjob fitted with an Eddie Lawson seat. How is yours going is it finished and doing the seasons rounds, don't forget your always welcome down in the Devon Riviera
