London to a Brick it's been dropped down the hole when doing the shims. It obviously hasn't caused any problems as it is intact and unminced. I once found a small pocket knife in the sump of a car I was working on, had it in my toolbox for years but it's gone now, might even be adorning the internals of some other engine
