Close one side completely and try one calliper, have you tried that already?

If you mean the seals on the plunger, they were already fitted in the kit.
Funny i had the same problems with the old plunger, thats why i got a replacement.
At the moment im trying to work one calliper only.
I have a spray bottle handle on a hose to the bleeder and am trying to pull air out.
I get a good clean flow then get massive air so no, not going so well.
Onto my 4th bottle of fluid....

Keep putting the fluid back through till you find what is wrong.
Check the hoses I had a hose that was leaking into the sheath and had a big bubble in the line
Try pushing the pads right back into the caliper and pumping them out again
Insertion rubber between the pads instead of the disc.
Check that the bleed nipples are at the top of the piston and not at the side, the calipers could be from a different model that has the calipers behind the fork leg.

Thanks Rick. I have just triple checked all the hoses, they're all OK. Plus there is no fluid leaking anywhere and no noises on pumping.
I pulled off the other calliper and all looks OK. I get the pad moving in and out (softly) on pumping the lever. But no pressure.
The brakes were working before the lock up and hence the seals replacement.

The only other thing is the Friction sleeves that fit to the calliper bolts. They were shot and not replaced.
Anything there??

WELL WELL WELL. The dumb things are always the cause eh.
Read Rick's note above. My bleeders were facing downwards. The callipers were mounted on the wrong sides.
Bleed nipples were obviously (now!) just draining the brake piston dry every time I bled...
Rotated them to the correct side, bled twice and ALL GOOD.
IM AN IDIOT..........

BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO CHIPPED IN WITH HELP.

I wouldn't expect the friction sheaths to make a difference there.
When I had a bad line it was swelling up as I pumped but very slowly went down and there was enough pressure to make a slight drag on the disc. Have another look and see how the fluid level is after a rest , if it comes back up. Mine led me a merry old chase it sort of sounds like that could be the problem. Usually after a day or more you get somewhere with that sort of thing.
