Kawasaki paint codes yes, as referenced by the Kaw part numbers on the LH column of your attachment.

Kawasaki paint codes that any supplier can whip up, not that I am aware off.

Are these numbers supported anymore, I don't think so.

The closest paint supplier that matches these old 70's and 80's colors are per the previous links in other threads related to this question.

www.colorrite.com/ These guys only go back to 1986 for some models only.

www.cyclecolor.com/ Cycle color caters more to our year of bikes and have been around for a long time.

I Hope this lends some clarification to this topic.

Regards.

I needed to get some matching paint for a bike I was repairing a while ago and ended up at a paint specialist who ran it past a scanner of some sort then mixed a pint up to a perfect match.
It was on a BMW but was apparently a colour from a 2002 Chrysler of some sort.

I had some mixed up by a place that is usually really good but he said because it has a silver base under the colour it makes it very hard to match.

Yeah I can see that being a problem because those paints are translucent and probably wouldn't refract well
