Thats a great job & will last a long time.

Its also easy to touch in small chips & marks over the years.

I have already paint on my engine. It looks pretty solid but is a dark grey color. I like the silver look. Any recommendations on what to do?

I used Simoniz Engine enamel. They do aluminium and black.

The grey you see on my covers is Motip engine paint.

Both need curing -as my engine was in bits I used my oven but that sparked 'divorce talk', so then I used an oven in a scout hut. If the engine was in the frame, I'd run it to get warm.
