Got some brass floats from Scotch and made a couple of these from old drain plugs, worked great! Just for kicks I checked one of the factory floats that I had set dry, it was 2mm high. Maybe that has something to do with why these beasts seem to run rich sometimes. Anyway, I have an extra one that I'd be happy to give to someone thinking of using the brass floats as the only way to set them correctly is using the wet method. Just send me a PM and pay the postage.
