If #5 is OK then you have adequate fuel in that bowl. That's good! If #6 is not getting any affect from the idle-air adjustment then it's likely a blockage in that circuit. A "bad" plug? Possible, but won't cure a blockage.

Oh dear! carbs off time - again

#1 to #5 all wound up to a yellow burn and then back to steady blue - but 6 just stayed blue regardless of adjustemnt
