Nicely done Craig. Great thought on using the 440 wheels.

From someone who has built over 4000 trailers, many of those for bikes. A very professional job there Craig, a real credit to you.
I have built quite a few frames to mount the thuel roof pods and it is difficult to make them look integrated but you have done well. Did you make the mudguards integral with the shock towers or are they commercially available like that?

Hi Rick, the mudguards are purpose made and do cover the shock towers. A friend made up a mould and fibre glassed them for me.

Hi Holger and Rick,

Trailer now with the black added. It blends in a bit better with the bike now!

Happy riding!!!
